Implementing National Quality Policy and Strategy: A Focus on Stakeholder Engagement and Situational Analysis

Engaging cross-industry stakeholders to understand the strengths, opportunities, and consumer expectations of a national health system is a critical step in creating an effective National Quality Policy and Strategy (NQPS). In this session, we will reveal findings and promising practices from a literature review and country experience survey to provide details on current practices in stakeholder engagement and situational analysis as they relate to other elements of NQPS.
