Mobilizing Civil Society for COVID-19 Prevention and Vaccination

In this third event in our webinar series, “Ready for the Next Emergency: Helping Local Health Systems Emerge from COVID Stronger and More Resilient,” we delved into how collaborating with civil society organizations can lend strength to governments’ COVID-19 response efforts. Panelists shared experiences and lessons learned from countries that have harnessed trusted community networks to reach key audiences – and discussed how these same approaches could be used to support vaccine uptake and long-term health system strengthening.
