Manual for the Social Protection Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanism

The Social Protection Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Mechanism in Cambodia contributes to reducing poverty, vulnerability, and inequality by promoting and enhancing the effectiveness of the implementation of the National Social Protection Policy Framework (NSPPF). This operational manual describes the flow of monitoring and evaluation, and defines Cambodia’s key social protection indicators as well as the roles and responsibilities of the reporting units in accordance with the principles and regulations endorsed by the National Social Protection Council (NSPC).
