Transition Roadmap for Integrating TB Services into Social Health Insurance and Sustainable Financing for TB (2020–2025)

This document provides a roadmap for Vietnam’s National Tuberculosis (TB) Program to transition procurement and payment for TB drugs to the country’s social health insurance scheme. It outlines steps for the pre-transition, transition, and post-transition phases across years 2020-2025. The purpose of the transition is to ensure sustainable financing for Vietnam’s TB program and maintain free access to TB drugs for patients.
